The following County Trunk Highway or local road projects are proposed, in progress, or recently completed.


County Trunk Hwy Sign

County Highway E

Full Road Closure between STH 32/57 and CTH BB

Current Status        Work to start on Monday, October 24. The project is anticipated to take roughly two weeks to complete weather dependent.
DescriptionThe project includes replacing culverts on CTH E between STH 32/57 and CTH BB. 
Traffic ImpactsFull road closure. Motorists should take caution to avoid this area and use the designated detour route listed below during this project. Access to residential and business properties will be maintained as much as feasible. 

Motorists are advised to use the posted Detour Route:

  • Westbound traffic will be detoured south on STH 32/57 to Breed St, Breed Street west to CTH F, CTH F west to CTH BB, CTH BB north to CTH E.
  • Eastbound traffic will be detoured south on CTH BB to CTH F, CTH “F” east to Breed Street, Breed St to STH 32/57, STH 32/57 north to CTH E.

County Highway G

Full Road Closure from STH 32/57 (in Chilton) South to East Jefferson Road

Current Status        Project Complete. Road is fully open to the public.
DescriptionThe project includes replacing culverts on CTH "G" between STH 32/57(in Chilton) south to E. Jefferson Road.

County Highway N

Full Road Closure between USH 10 and County Highway KK

Current Status        Project Complete. Road is fully open to the public.
Description

The project includes the proposed reconstruction of County Highway N intersection with Midway Road/Schmidt Road to a roundabout.  In addition, as part of the proposed project, the installation of a sidewalk (west side) and multi-use trail (east side) along County Highway N from Midway Road to CTH KK.
