Below is the latest update on this project as of 6-12-2019:

The completion of Stage 2 of the CTH LP Project is almost here.  We are planning to open up CTH LP from USH 10/STH 114 to Woodland Drive this Friday night, June 14.  At that time, Community Way and Sonny Drive will be completely opened up.  Traffic on Woodland Drive/Villa Way will be able to cross CTH LP on the south half of the intersection.

For Stage 3, Woodland Drive – Ethan Drive, the following will be the status of the roadways between:

Woodland Drive/Villa Way will be open for East – West traffic, as well as traffic turning to go south on CTH LP.  Traffic will not be allowed to go north on CTH LP from this intersection.

Winnipeg Street will have the barricades staggered, as they are right now, in order to allow the houses on CTH LP between Woodland Drive and Manitowoc Road a way to come and go…..they will not be allowed to exit via Manitowoc Road or Woodland Drive.

Manitowoc Road, from both the East and the West, will be closed completely so we can construct the roundabout at the intersection of CTH LP and Manitowoc Road.  This will go into effect on Monday, June 17.

Ethan Drive will have the barricades staggered to allow residents in and out to CTH LP.  They will only be allowed to turn to the North, with CTH LP being closed tight just south of the Ethan Drive intersection.

For Stage 3, which we have to complete by August 31, 2019, the above will be the status of the sideroads and CTH LP within the Stage 3 limits.  If anything should change, I will send out an update so you will be informed.

Thank you for your continued Patience as this project progresses.
