Zoning Ordinance
On November 2, 2009, the County Board adopted a comprehensive revision to the zoning codes of 1976 and 1985. The ordinance is known as  Chapter 82 of the Calumet County Code of Ordinances. The ordinance establishes the land use regulations for the areas under county zoning jurisdiction.  Current zoning district boundaries used by the county are shown on the On-line Mapping Site.  The PDFs of the zoning district boundaries are listed below. (See "Zoning Code Maps")

Shoreland Zoning Ordinance
Chapter 52 – Calumet County Shoreland Zoning contains standards that govern development in shoreland areas within 1,000 feet of the ordinary high-water mark of navigable lakes, ponds, or flowages, or within 300 feet of the ordinary high-water mark of navigable rivers or streams. The purpose of the ordinance is to establish minimum shoreland zoning standards as required by the State and to limit the direct and cumulative impacts of shoreland development on water quality.   Chapter 52 is in effect in all the unincorporated areas of Calumet County.
