Zoning Code
On November 2, 2009, the County Board adopted a comprehensive revision to the zoning codes of 1976 and 1985. The ordinance is known as Chapter 82 of the Calumet County Code of Ordinances. The ordinance establishes the land use regulations for the areas under county zoning jurisdiction (the shorelands of all unincorporated areas, and, any town that adopts county zoning). Current zoning district boundaries used by the county are shown on the On-line Mapping Site.  The PDFs of the zoning district boundaries are listed below. (See "Zoning Code Maps")

County zoning is in effect in the shoreland areas of Brothertown, Chilton, Harrison, Rantoul, and Stockbridge, and throughout all of the towns of Brillion, Charlestown, New Holstein, and Woodville. Prior to beginning construction, land use or land disturbing activity the land owner is encouraged to contact the town to see if a permit is also required from the town.
