How Do I?
Victim/Witness Assistance Program
Mission Statement:

The Calumet County Victim/Witness Assistance Program believes that victims of or witnesses to crime have a right to a caring and sensitive response during the court process. This includes the right to court support services, to be informed of the services available to them, to be timely informed of the progress of their case through the court process, and the right to make known to the court the financial, physical and/or psychological impact of the crime on their lives and the lives of their families. We believe that innocent victims and witnesses ought not be blamed for what has happened to them. Instead, victims and witnesses need support and services which may help them to be made whole after experiencing an incident of criminal victimization.
