Daily Schedule
5:00 A.M. Monday through Saturday, lights on. breakfast served.
5:30 A.M. Breakfast dishes collected, daily cleaning begins.
12:00 P.M. Lunch will be served.
12:30 P.M. Lunch trays will be collected.
5:00 P.M. Dinner will be served.
5:30 P.M. Dinner trays will be collected.
11:00 P.M. Secure lockdown. Secure inmates are required to return to their individual cells and are locked in until breakfast.
Mail
Non-privileged mail entering or leaving the jail is inspected for security reasons. All outgoing non-privileged mail is left unsealed by the inmate and given directly to a corrections officer. If an inmate refuses to sign a statement allowing jail staff to inspect mail, the inmates mail is returned to the post office as "refused".
Privileged mail are letters from the Governor, Attorney General, Judge, any court of record, probation/parole, elected officials or attorneys. Privileged mail will be opened in the inmates presence and inspected for contraband. Outgoing privileged mail addressed to any of the above may be sealed when given to a corrections officer.
Incoming mail must be addressed to the inmate at the address listed below and must include a return name and address on the envelope. Improperly addressed mail will be held and delivered to the inmate upon his/her release.

Cash should never be mailed to an inmate. Checks or money orders that are sent to inmates through the mail will be removed and deposited in the inmates’ commissary account. A correctional officer will have the inmate sign a commissary ledger indicating the deposit has been received and credited to the proper account.
Embossed and stamped envelopes may be received through commissary.
Indigent Inmates are provided, upon request, two (2) stamped envelopes, one pencil and a limited amount of writing paper on Wednesday. Pencils are replaced on an exchange basis only. Inmates will be charged for the supplies they have received when funds are deposited into their account.
The correctional staff reserves the right to limit the accumulation of mail in the inmates’ cell.
Packages, parcels or items other than privileged are subject to inspection for security reasons.
Telephone Calls
Incoming calls or messages will not be accepted for any inmate.
All calls made by inmates will be made from a telephone inside the Huber dorm or secure cell block.
The Jail operates on an inmate telephone system which means all calls go out on a collect basis.
The correctional staff will accept emergency messages.
Abuse of the telephone may result in loss of the telephone privilege.
Visiting
Inmates may receive approved visitors during the following hours:
Thursday and Sunday Evenings
Adult Females........................................5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Adult Males...........................................7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Each inmate is allowed one 20 minute period and three visitors (excluding children of the inmate) per visiting night.
Only immediate family members are pre-authorized and must show proper identification before visits begin. Immediate family members include: father, mother, sister, brother, spouse, grandparents, and children under the age of eighteen when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Visitors who are not immediate family must be approved by jail staff. The inmate must submit a written request to the jail for such a visit. An inmate may have up to three (3) approved non-immediate family visitors. All visitors must be approved at least one (1) day prior to visitation. No one under the age of 19 will e allowed without a parent or legal guardian.
Children must be supervised at all times during a visit. Visits can be terminated for behavioral reasons including intoxication. No food, beverages or smoking are allowed in the visitation room.
