Post Construction Stormwater Management Ordinance

The Calumet County Post Construction Stormwater Management Ordinance is known as Chapter 10 of the Calumet County Code of Ordinances.  The general purpose of this ordinance is to establish long-term, post-construction runoff management requirements that will diminish the threats to public health, safety, welfare and the environment.  Projects that require an Erosion Control Permit will most likely require a Stormwater Management Permit.  For assistance with the ordinance and permitting process, please contact Tony Reali at (920) 849-1493 ext 235.

Application and supporting documents for a stormwater management permit are the same as the erosion control permit, and are available on the Erosion Control page.  One application will be sufficient to apply for both permits.
