Rise Together Community Event and Naloxone Training Opportunity

REACH invites all community members to participate in the following events:

Rise Together Community Conversation

Be part of a FREE and interactive community conversation led by national speakers from Rise Together. This event is to educate and raise awareness around addiction and mental health; while providing helpful resources for those in need.

Everyone is invited. Children are welcome. Resources and recovery coaches on site.

Naloxone Training Events

Does someone you love use opiates? Do you fear for their life? Naloxone saves lives. Community members are invited to FREE Naloxone (Narcon) training in three locations. Participants will have the opportunity to take home a kit, if needed.

The Calumet County REACH Coalition (Reducing Excessive Alcohol Consumption for Health), Calumet County’s substance abuse prevention action team, includes members from more than twelve sectors of the community, including schools, law enforcement agencies, faith communities, businesses, government, and others. These grant-funded projects focus on reducing the non-medical availability of prescription opioids as well as preventing opioid-related overdose deaths.
